- Send you call summaries and business reports
- Improve and tune your AI agent over time

4. Call Recordings
All calls handled by your AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed. These recordings are used to tune your AI agent and provide you with call transcripts. Your customers are informed they are speaking with an AI at the start of each call in accordance with Australian law.
5. Data Storage and Security
We store your data on Australian-based servers where possible. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate BackOnTools:
- ServiceM8 — job management (AU-hosted)
- ElevenLabs — AI voice generation
- Stripe — payment processing
- Calendly — appointment scheduling
Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
