What's the Tools plan?
Your trade's whole toolkit without the AI receptionist: quotes, invoices, payments, service contracts, cert vault, insurance packs, variation lock, chain radar, win rate coach, weather watch, Trade Programs, marketplace job leads and the iOS app. $59/month founding price, locked in for life, unlimited jobs and no per-user fees. Want the phone answered too? Move to any AI plan. Tools is included in all of them.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month, cancel any time with no cancellation fee. Your 30-day free trial starts the day your AI receptionist is built, connected to your number and live on your calls, not the day you sign up. Every feature is unlocked during the trial; after it, features gate to the plan you pick. We capture payment by SMS link after the trial, only if you keep it.
What do I get for paying yearly?
Two months free. You pay for ten months and get twelve: Tools $590, Receptionist $990, Pro $1,970, Premium $3,490 a year. Everything else works the same. Your included calls are still counted per calendar month, extra calls are still $1 each, and the bill is still capped at the next plan's monthly price. If you go over in a month, that month's extra calls come as their own small invoice rather than waiting until your renewal.
When does a yearly plan charge, and what if I cancel?
Yearly plans are billed once, up front, when your 30-day free trial ends: $590, $990, $1,970 or $3,490 depending on the plan, then once a year after that. Nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel any time and you keep full access to the end of the year you have paid for, and your phone number stays yours.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Self-serve setup is free: pick your trade, the Trade Program configures the app for it, forward your number and you're live. Want it done for you instead? For a one-off $499 we build your receptionist, load your price book, set your emergency rules, port or forward your number and stay on the phone until your first live AI-answered call. Optional on any plan, included on Premium.
What happens if I use more calls than my plan includes?
Receptionist includes 60 AI-answered calls a month, Pro includes 150, Premium is unlimited. Go over and it's $1 per extra call, and your bill is always capped at the next plan's price, so busy months just mean it's time to upgrade. We never cut your line off mid-month.
Are there per-user fees?
No, and there never will be. One flat monthly price covers your whole crew. Tradify charges $48 to $62 per user per month, so a crew of five pays $240+ before they've booked a job. Our Premium plan gives every staff member their own login at one flat $349.
So it's more than an AI receptionist?
Yes. The receptionist answers the phone; the rest of the app runs the business it books. Quoting, invoicing, payments, an AI payment chaser, cashflow forecasting, GST/BAS reports, dispatch, timesheets, safety forms, campaigns, and a Foreman AI you can ask anything. See the full matrix above.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the new plan starts immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing month. If you're unsure, start on Receptionist and upgrade once you see the call volume.
How does billing work?
No setup fee, nothing charged today. You get 30 days free with your card on file before anything is charged. Your AI is tailored to your trade and on the moment you sign up, with your number live within 72 hours. We invoice via Stripe, pay by card. No surprise fees.
Do I need to change my existing phone number?
No. You get a dedicated AI number, and you forward your existing number to it. Callers dial the same number they always have. You can also use the new number directly for ads or your website. Many customers do both over time.
